Manufacturing Capabilities
HyPerComp Engineering manufactures and produces composite cylinders and other composite parts for a variety of customers across a broad range of filament-wound applications. The necessary specialized machinery — including filament winding machines, curing ovens, testing equipment, materials handling, and other related equipment — are all in place for supporting the diverse, highly specialized product requirements of our customers.
Quality Control standards are in accordance with internationally accepted norms as established by the various relevant governmental regulatory authorities. Our overall manufacturing facilities and quality control systems carry qualified supplier and manufacturer status with customers ranging from Fortune 100 large-volume consumer goods companies, to automotive supply chain integrators, to highly specialized military and aerospace suppliers.

Toll Manufacturing
HEI offers toll manufacturing services — producing composite vessels to customer-supplied specifications, materials, and quality plans. This arrangement enables customers to leverage HEI's specialized winding, curing, and testing infrastructure without capital investment.
