NASA granted HyPerComp Engineering Inc. exclusive licensing rights for its ballistic-survivable "Robust" pressure vessel technology. HEI's benign-failure design survived a .50-caliber round impact at 4,500 psi — directly applicable to military UAVs and SCBA systems.
